Victoria Park is a gated residential neighborhood in Mid-City Los Angeles, known for its historic homes, strong sense of community, and active civic engagement. The Victoria Park Association (VPA) is a volunteer-led group working to preserve the character of our neighborhood while addressing shared concerns around safety, infrastructure, and quality of life.
